Team Building
Using the format of the BBC's Apprentice series, each team has to nominate team leaders for each task, and then work as a team to deliver a performance that will lead to the best team getting 'hired'.

The course is specifically for businesses in the South East, bespoke to the delegates attending and focuses on the application of skills in the workplace.

Objectives of the Course
Each task is based on real-life business issues, such as dealing with a customer service crisis, creating a new product or service, building a high performing team, or marketing your products and services.
By the end of the course delegates will learn:
The day includes a combination of taught sessions from the Facilitator who introduces modern business thinking and tools, and then it's over to the teams to work together to create the best outcomes. This is a fun day that gets very competitive and also creates some genuinely useful actions to take back to the workplace.
