Objectives of the Course


This one day training course will help you to make services better or more effective. The course will provide you with a range of tools and techniques that can be used to create new products and plan new business decisions. This course is a roller-coaster ride of creative thinking games and exercises that are geared towards challenging the 'norm' in order to create better ways of doing things for the future.


By the end of the course delegates will learn:


A set of new tools and ideas that delegates can bring back to the workplace and use straight away either on their own or with other people. Everyone is actively encouraged to create their own plan for improving a product, service or process as a result of the course. We take a journey through De Bono's 6 Thinking Hats and use these to create new products and plan new business decisions. We look at the SCAMPER model and how this can be used to completely re-think the way that services are delivered - with
