Objectives of the Course
This one day course aims to prepare delegates for the wide range of different negotiations that you could encounter in your working or personal life. It looks at the psychology and behaviours of the relevant parties in the negotiation, and gives you tools and insights that you can use to your advantage. This negotiation training course aims to increase your proficiency as a skilled negotiator.
By the end of the course delegates will learn:
How to prepare properly for a negotiation, what your 'blind spots' are, how to open the discussion and how to use value added trade-ables to get what you want. The ability to achieve win/win outcomes every time.
