Objectives of the Course
PRINCE2 Project Management in 1 day. This one day training course will equip you with everything you need to manage a project using the PRINCE2 methodology. Delegates who attend this business training will work on a series of Project Plans throughout the course in order to put your new skills into practice straight away.
By the end of the course delegates will learn:
Delegates who attend this course will gain all of the desired background required to go on to complete the official PRINCE2 qualification. How to monitor a project and identify the key stages of a project. This course gives delegates an introduction to project management using a mix of trainer presentations, delegate notes and exercise based interactive sessions that explore the main elements of the PRINCE2 project management method.
