Objectives of the Course
This course introduces the concept of 'WOW! Factor' Customer Service and is highly engaging, with lots of fun exercises designed to challenge the dull and clunky way that customer service is often delivered - encouraging new ideas to blossom, that will make customers feel really special and valued.
