Introduction to Haircutting Certificate
This interesting and exciting course allows the participant an insight into the world of Hairdressing. From the very basic one length hair cutting skills to the more advance cutting techniques creating style and flair this course offers a sample of the opportunities that the hairdressing departments offers.
What will I learn?
Health and Safety of cutting, one length cut, uniform layers, long and short graduation and minor texturising techniques.
How will I be assessed?
All students will be assessed on their capabilities and sit a short multiple choice test to guarantee knowledge and understanding.
What may it lead to?
Introduction to Hair colouring. NVQ Level two evening option is also a popular choice of progression from this course.

You will need to purchase of kit for this course TBA and as this course is run in our salon, it will be necessary to wear black with black closed in toe shoes for health and safety reasons.
