First Line Management Diploma - Level 3
The Level 3 qualifications in First Line Management are designed for supervisors and first line managers. The Diploma develops a comprehensive range of skills and knowledge required at this level.
What will I learn?
To achieve a CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management, you need to complete all core units (Group A) and two optional units (Group B) to a total of at least 42 credits.

Assessed through written assignment, coursework and presentation.
What may it lead to?
Progression can be made onto the Level 5 Management and Leadership qualifications.
