Here at Canterbury College we are proud to have one of, if not, the best Students’ Union in the country. They are dedicated to representing students at the College and enriching their time here through various activities and opportunities.
Student Union
We have a great Students' Union with elected officers who meet with the college to get your views across.
Canterbury College Students’ Union has once again beaten colleges across the country to become the best in the UK at the NUS Awards for 2012.
Trips and Activities
We also have a huge range of activities with over 60 trips a year to all the best gigs, comedians, sports events and theatre shows. We're currently taking bookings on these trips. These are all subsidised by the college and most of the time transport is included in the discounted prices. There are also loads of clubs and societies for you to join so make sure you have a look round and see what takes your fancy.

The college has a lot of staff who can advise you on money issues, help with you college work or if you have a disability of any kind. Should you need it, there is a small onsite Childcare Centre for children over two and there are many other things, - cafés, food hall, library, computer suites, students’ union, a sports centre and careers advice – which you can dip into at a time to suit you.

If you do need any advice or are not sure who you should see about an issue, please go either to the Student Information Centre at the front of the College or the Students’ Union (AG01).
