This qualification is aimed at those who already possess basic knowledge and understanding of administration practice and who wish to extend their knowledge. It is suitable for those who are already employed in Administration roles and who wish to develop further knowledge and skills to support their work.

Entry Requirements:
Whilst there are no formal entry requirements students will need good English skills and preferably a GCSE grade C in English or OCR Diploma in Administration (Business Professional) Level 1/NVQ Level 1.
Qualifications aimed for:
- OCR Level 2 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional)
- OCR Functional Skills Level 1 or 2
Progression:
This qualification has been designed to provide the knowledge and understanding required to enable progression to qualifications at Level 3 of the National Qualifications Framework such as Level 3 NVQ in Administration and OCR Level 3 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional).
