Mondays can be miserable. Especially January Mondays. So we’re using one Monday in January as a special day for cheering each other up.
Canterbury College has been helping to banish the winter blues on what is said to be the most depressing day of the year.
Blue Monday is all about making life a bit better for others. From arts projects to cups of tea, baking a cake for work colleagues, and taking time to saying hello to neighbours.
